As a resident of Kirkland, I support the approval of Touchstone Corporation's Private Amendment Request for the mixed-use redevelopment of Kirkland Parkplace. The current proposed plan incorporates significant input from the Design Review Board and the community at large. It represents the best option to create a vibrant community hub for Kirkland residents and to aid in the revitalization of the City's downtown core. I urge the Planning Commission and the Kirkland City Council to vote yes in support of the PAR and to allow this project to move forward.
